This wine is named after its amazing vivid red colour: Los Cardos = The Thistles, a plant renoun for its razor thorns which can draw blood, hence the vivid red colour of this wine. This wine is all spice and all things nice with a touch of dryed herbs with black cherries and dry plumbs.
