Cullen, 'Diane Madeline' Cabernet 2007
This is a great wine and one of the very finest Bordeaux blends ever produced at Cullens. It was made using all of the five red grape varieties of Bordeaux, with Cabernet Sauvignon comprising three quarters of the blend. Powerful and sumptuous, with the wonderful black cherry flavours in the middle palate being backed by fine-grained tannins and leading into a rewardingly long and lingering finish.

Cullen, Maragret River White 2009
This wine was produced from grapes grown on the Cullen and Mangan vineyards in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. Moderately warm ripening conditions prior to harvest contributed to overall excellent fruit quality. It is composed of 66% Sauvignon Blanc, 24% Semillon, 8% Chardonnay and 2% Verdelho.

Cullen, Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2009
This is a first rate example of the unique style that has been developed by Cullen Wines from blending the two great white grape varieties of Bordeaux. The wine was made from 81% Sauvignon Blanc and 19% Semillon, which were picked at optimal physiological ripeness and Baumés ranging from 12° to 13°. Twenty seven percent of the wine was fermented in French barriques using indigenous yeasts and it was matured in that oak for four months.

Juniper Estate, Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
Fruit concentration and power are evident from the first time you plonk your nose into this pure essence of cabernet fruit. A nice mix of fresh cut flowers with more substantial blackcurrant and black olive beneath the surface. The palate has power in abundance with the oak worked into the rich opulent fruit. Tannins are firm and astringent. Excellent wine for the cellar. Cellar 7 Years 93/100 Ray Jordan’s 2010 WA Wine Guide Juniper’s 2007 Cabernet is neat and tidy with impressive ripeness captured at full stretch – black fruits and cedary oak, gently leafy throughout. The palate has a seamless, sculpted shape, delivering supple rich berry flavor amid sturdy fine tannins. Regal charm. 94/100 Points WBM 100, Cabernet & Blends tasting, Nick Stock, September 2009

Leeuwin Estate, Art Series Chardonnay 2007
Where do you start with Leeuwin chardonnay, consistently Australia's great chardonnay and some would argue our greatest white wine. This is typical of the style with delicate fine grapefruit and cereal nuances, lightly spice and cinnamon, plus a little creaminess. The palate is restrained (this was tasted eight months prior to release) yet there is the classic combination of power and delicacy. Although it was picked quite ripe it's still quite reserved. 97 Points; Cellar: 12 years Ray Jordan's 2010 WA Wine Guide

Stella Bella, Chardonnay (Margaret River, WA) 2007
Grapes from only southern vineyard sites in the Margaret River region are selected for Stella Bella Chardonnay. Subtle fragrances of white field flowers, pear drop essence and lemon oil are enriched with wafers of nutmeg spice and caramel. From fermentation and malo lactic in older oak, the palate’s pliable core of citrus and honeydew fruits are moulded around a fine nut -meal texture and a creme brulee richness. A distinct and soft mineral chalk acidity gently finishes the wine.
