Chateau Champ des Treilles 2008
Very nice vin to drink, it's made up of a 1/3 of each Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle. Great balance and texture to be found here. Champ des Treilles is the home property of the Comme family. Mr Comme is the chief winemaker for Chateau Pontet Canet so lots of love and attention evident in this vin. Congrates Mr. Comme and family, we're fans! Bio-dynamic too!

Chateau de Roquefort, Corail Rose 2008
"First of all, the label rocks: simple and strong, just big, black, art-deco-font letters. But then there’s the wine inside, pure Provence, stone-dry and redolent of thyme, rosemary, and all the other stuff that dries to fragrant crispness on its rolling hills. The wine is as light as its color, just a blush of orangey red; a dose of the white grape Clairette keeps it extra lively." Gourmet Magazine, Eight Great Rose Wines, Tara Q Thomas. Oh by the way, did we mention its a biodynamic wine as well, well it is!

Cullen, 'Diane Madeline' Cabernet 2007
This is a great wine and one of the very finest Bordeaux blends ever produced at Cullens. It was made using all of the five red grape varieties of Bordeaux, with Cabernet Sauvignon comprising three quarters of the blend. Powerful and sumptuous, with the wonderful black cherry flavours in the middle palate being backed by fine-grained tannins and leading into a rewardingly long and lingering finish.

Rosnay Organic Wines, Cabernet Sauvignon 2006
The winemaking of the Cabernet Sauvignon seeks elegance and finesse, rather than overpowering flavour and American-oak. In the style of French Bordeaux we seek complexity, sophistication, and unique flavours including cherry, tobacco, herbs, coffee, earth, mint, and roasted tomato. No oak is added, but the wine is gently oxygenated at certain times of its maturation. Not cloaked in oak, the secondary aromas and terroir are as important as the fruit to the overall enjoyment. Rosnay
