Fruit is handpicked with about 10% of whole bunches included in the ferment which imparts upon the wine some classy tannins. Maturation was in French oak which avoids an over oaked wine. This Pinot Noir is a robust style with great colour and purple tints with great complexity on the nose. Cherry, chocolate and aromatic fruit provide great flavour and complexity but with soft tannins.
