Bele Casel Prosecco
Bele Casel is a small, artisanal winery who strives to make aromatic and concentrated Prosecco. Their wine is made from fruit grown in the subdistricts of Santo Stefano and Sacol, largely considered the best source of Prosecco in the Valdobbiadene region. Fermentation and spumantizzato are done at cool temperatures to preserve the natural freshness and vibrancy of Prosecco. As served @ Fratelli Paradiso and a small number of fine eating establishments.
