The wines come from choice hillside locations in Trentino where a combination of high altitudes, a multitude of mesoclimates and night/day temperature extremes speak concentration and breeding.
Pinot Grigio exhibits traits seldom achieved at this level, with pear fruit, mineral notes and a creamy texture. The grapes are vinified and aged in stainless steel but, to engender further complexity and depth, the wine undergoes bâtonnage on the lees. It is the perfect aperitif white wine but matches well with all types of fish and shellfish.
