Pricing
The prices listed here are based on mixed or straight dozen lots and represent a 20% discount off our single bottle shelf price, excluding specific promotions (purchases of less than 12 units straight or mixed will attract a 25% surcharge).  Orders under $300 will attract a $12 freight fee. To obtain best pricing (the listed price), buy 12 or more units with the total order being greater than $300. 

Freight

Our logistic agents are Fastway Couriers. Deliveries are usually made within 8 business days from your purchase. All deliveries must be signed for and only made during normal business hours. Fastways are unable to ring ahead nor provide a precise time of delivery. Please ensure someone over 18 years of age is able to sign for the delivery. There may be additional delivery charges if Fastways are required to return to re deliver.

Payments


We use Eway (www.eway.com.au) for our online credit card transactions.  Vaucluse Cellars cannot access your card details and your personal information is always encrypted when it is being transferred on line.

Shopping Information
You will receive an email from us confirming your purchase and also an email with a credit card reference number and payment confirmation.

Age Requirements
To order online, you must be at least 18 years of age. It is illegal in Australia to sell wine to persons under the age of 18.

Use of collected information
Personal information that visitors submit to our sites is used only for the purpose for which it is submitted unless we disclose other uses in this Internet Privacy Policy or at the time of collection. Copies of correspondence sent from the web site, that may contain personal information, are stored as archives for record-keeping and back-up purposes only. You should be aware that we may use your email address to contact you in the future. We will not sell or pass on your details to third parties.

Vintages, Price & Labels
Vintages and prices are subject to change without notice. Please note, label images which show vintages may often be used merely as an illustration of wine from that producer. It does not necessarily follow that we hold that vintage in stock.

Returns
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken, corked, oxidised or not of merchantable quality when they are delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case for a refund or a replacement. We will refund you as soon as the wine is picked up and received back into our warehouse. Any wines collected by Fastways must be in their original box to avoid further breakages, where possible.

Other
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.

All orders are subject to stock being available.
