Floral nose with that botrytis scent that gives that impression of a sweet vin, but no on the palate although rich and ripe it's dry! Lovely finesse and fineness to be found here, class indeed!

The wines come from choice hillside locations in Trentino where a combination of high altitudes, a multitude of mesoclimates and night/day temperature extremes speak concentration and breeding. Pinot Grigio exhibits traits seldom achieved at this level, with pear fruit, mineral notes and a creamy texture. The grapes are vinified and aged in stainless steel but, to engender further complexity and depth, the wine undergoes bâtonnage on the lees. It is the perfect aperitif white wine but matches well with all types of fish and shellfish.

What a refreshing wine from one of the tiniest and most obscure winemaking areas in all of France. It's pink, it's fizzy, it's subtley sweet and it's low in alcohol which makes it a hit during the Summer months, but also a great festive addition before or after a meal. Delish!
