An aged, rich and powerful Alsace riesling, that would be beautiful with any pork dish. A substanial vin, with beautiful sweetness (but not overt), acid balance and length, a real charmer and ohh so moorish! Drinking a treat now (2010) but would cellar for another decade, easy!
