Ashton Hill Reserve Pinot Noir 2012
Campbell Mattinson Winefront 95 points: Straight up, immediately on opening, this offers superb pinot noir drinking. I can see why Ashton Hills pinot has long since rung my bells. It’s long and sinewy and yet flush with gorgeously ripe, seductive, fruit and oak flavour. Black pepper, cherry plum, swish cedary notes, cranberry and rose petals. Clovey, gum-leaf notes also play a role, as does a slight kick of alcohol on the finish. For pure, meaty/spicy, concentrated power, this wine takes some beating.'

Ashton Hills Estate Pinot Noir 2015

"94 Points. Matured in French oak, predominantly used. The two Martini clones of the five estate clones contributed almost 50% of the wine. The garnet-red hue introduces a wine with the distinctive complexity of the Adelaide Hills, with savoury/earthy/spicy overtones to the plummy fruit. The question is whether it is more advanced than it should be. Drink by:2026 Date tasted:09/Sep/2016 Alcohol:14%" - James Halliday, winecompanion.com.au.

Crawford River Riesling 2013
Lifted blossoms of apple and limes abound on the nose, together with undertones of stone and shell-like characters.  The full, well defined front palate of white nectarine and pithy grapefruit is followed by a tightly focussed, finely textured palate with notes of flint, subtle spices and limes.   A creamy elegance pervades the soft back palate whilst linear, yet supple acidity aids a lingering finish with excellent persistence.

Crawford River Young Vines Riesling 2016

After 12 years of making this wine, we continue to see a structural and textural difference between our older vines and the younger block (planted 2000) and so we continue to make the ‘young vines riesling’, now identifiable to so many of our clients.  2015 was another small harvest at Crawford River but no lack of flavour.Delicate citrus flowers and lime zest lead this youthful wine. Only at the beginning of a long life, it shows fresh white stone fruit and chalky texture on the rounded palate. Clean, taut acidity balance the wine and contribute to its very good persistence. Cullen 'Diana Madeline' Cabernet Sauvignon 2001

75% Cabernet, 25% Merlot. 18 Months in oak, 40% new. First year as the ‘Diana Madeline’ Cabernet Merlot. 13.5%Toasted nuts, vanilla and pan juices on the nose. This smelt ‘different’ to previous vintages. More modern, serious even. Red berries, plushness. Still unfurling. Palate is tight, warm and very long. Alcohol tastes like more than 13.5%. The most tannic wine in the whole lineup. Very dry & powerful. Could be a stunner, but a bit too bold at the moment. 18.3++/20 Andrew Graham Aug 09

Cullen, Cullen Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2015

A 71/ 29% blend, wild yeast fermented, with no acid additions; 87% of the wine was matured for 5 months in French barriques (62% new). Follows in a long and proud tradition of exceptionally complex wines that rely on gentle persuasion, not brute force or, if you prefer, seduction rather than rape. The flavours are so attractive and mouthfilling now, it is easy to forget the wine will mature with grace for well over a decade. Screwcap. 12.5% alc. Drink to: 2025"- 97 Points James Halliday
