Château Lafon Rochet 2000 (Saint-Estèphe)
92 points Neal Martin "A very dense, quite opulent plum-scented nose with briary, blueberry, a touch of hoi sin and macerated cherries. Good lift and definition. Full-bodied, rich, dense black fruits with thick chewy tannins. Dense structure, great weight and persistency with a succulent blackberry finish. Still very primal with a long future ahead. Superb. Drink 2012-2025

Château Lafon Rochet 2005 (Saint-Estèphe)
90 Points Robert Parker  : Dense ruby/purple and still youthful and exuberant, with oodles of cassis and incense, the 2005 Lafon-Rochet is medium to full-bodied, with ripe tannin and a long finish. Just becoming approachable, this wine should continue to drink well for another 10-15 years. Drink 2015-2030.

Château Lafon Rochet 2006 (Saint-Estèphe)
92 points Neal Martin : Tasted blind at Southwold '06 Bordeaux tasting. The best showing of the Lafon Rochet '06 so far! It has an open nose that is well defined, but unashamedly earthy and austere with aromas of pencil shavings, leather and a touch of white pepper. The palate is medium-bodied with sharp acidity, a decent backbone here, structured, blackberry laced with black pepper with a salty tang towards the finish. Moderate length and a lively, tactile, "umami" aftertaste.

Chateau Lafon Rochet 2009 (Saint-Estèphe)
91/93 Points Robert Parker  Perhaps the finest Lafon Rochet ever made, the purity, freshness, and sweet, rich, blueberry and boysenberry fruit and hint of pen ink that are found in this opaque purple-colored wine are impressive. Massive in the mouth, with freshness, delineation, and sweet tannin, it is a major sleeper of the vintage that should last for 25+ years. (Tasted two times.) Drink 2010-2035.
