It is a model of brisk freshness - made entirely in stainless steel, while the Premier Crus benefit from a small amount of barrel-fermentation and élevage.

William Fevre Petit Chablis 2009
A delicious chardonnay, this Petit Chablis shows vibrant aromas of crisp, nashi pear, lemon, grapefruit and light honeydew melon. There are hints of lanolin and mineral aromas in there as well. The fruit in the mouth is bright again with juicy nashi pear and lemon characters predominately.
