Hell Hole semillon has fast become an ‘ever reliable’. It’s grown on the Braemore vineyard. Love the low alcohol style of it - it adds to the enjoyment of what it has to offer. The wine is made from 100% hand harvested shiraz grapes using traditional wine making techniques and is bottled without fining of filtering. Bright berries and red fruits, cassis with lifted wild mint. Burgundy based oz winemaker Christian Knott has crafted this gem, it's a very natural wine, reminicent of some of the great "Hunter Valley Burgundy's" of yesteryear, and yes it's Kosher!
