Dexter Pinot Noir 2016

"Ever stylish, perfumed Pinot Noir from the Tracy Island vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula. Raspberry and squishy strawberries, subtle spice and earthiness, a perfume of rose and basil. Medium bodied, silky and fine, kind of succulent, but with a gentle drag of fine grained tannin giving structure and pushing out the length. Red drapes on a fine firm frame. Finish has a subtle herbal infusion, in with the pretty red fruits. Just lovely, as ever."

Kooyong, Pinot Noir 2014
2014 Vintage: 95 Points - Campbell Mattinson, Australian Wine Companion"Wild with aroma and flavour. Spice, stalk, garden herbs and then dark, juicy plum and black cherry. Call me anything but don't call me simple. Smoky oak slips suggestively under the covers of the fruit. Tremendous drinking from a range of angles."

Paringa Estate Peninsula Pinot Noir 2016
The Peninsula or 'PE' label represents the first tier in the Paringa Estate range. In recent years Paringa has renewed its focus in ensuring the Peninsula range over delivers on quality, this Pinot Noir is no exception.

Maturation took over 11 months on lees in French oak barriques. The nose is lifted, offering briary fruit dominated by fresh cherries, blueberries and complex nutmeg spice. The palate is full, flavoursome and long with evident fine tannins.
