Cottanera’s 2006 Etna Rosso is predominantly Nerello Mascalese with a dash of Nerello Cappuccio, as is generally found on the Etna. Sweet cherries, raspberries, flowers, tobacco and herbs are some of the nuances that emerge from this mid-weight, silky red.
