The nose denotes intense, clean aromas of freshly crushed black cherry, blackberry, and a touch of vanilla. Intense midpalate with hints of mediterranean herbs and clean fruit. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and plums. The Nero d'Avola grape used for the production of this Cerasuolo di Vittoria ages in cask, whereas Frappato ages in steel tanks.
