And simmering in the middle, barely evident in this its infancy, an artery of juicy sweet fruits. Its flavours are a seamless extension of this bouquet, sinuous and strapping, but with very frank gravelly tannins. In other words, a great Cabernet, unblemished by sophistry or polish.
