Greenstone Rose - 2009 - Jane Faulkner - The Age, ‘A2’ October 24, 2009
"While this rose’s pale onion-skin colour is so enticing, the real joy is the palate- spicy, moreish, crisp and dry with a touch of watermelon- it’s made from mouvedre (a much used Bandol variety) although greenstone uses the Spanish name, monastrell. Chill this and enjoy with antipasta or on it’s own."
