The Sangiovese and Canaiolo grown on the Isole e Olena estate cover 290 hectares in the heart of the Chianti Classico hills between Florence and Siena. The wine is matured for about a year before bottling. It is then released after 3-4 months aging in the bottle. Dark ruby in color, the Chianti Classico has a clean and fresh perfumed nose of red cherry and strawberry. It is medium bodied and boasts copious floral, minty red berry and red cherry flavors of lovely purity, with a smooth yet vibrant texture nicely firmed by an edge of acidity.
This native varietal coming from the picturesque hills of Friuli- Grave in Italy’s north east, is a beautifully bright and expressive with hints of musk on the nose and crunchy blue fruits and violet aromas. Its fine and slippery tannins are a highlight.
Bright yellow in colour with wonderful greenish reflections. The nose is rich and multifaceted, with floral and tropical notes of oleander blossoms, ash and plum, layered with gooseberry, guava and kiwi; a white rose accent, holly sprouts, honey and custard ice cream. The palate is full, fresh and savory, the tannins will continue to be pleasant; it has hints of apricot, kiwi, goji, cranberry, medlar, almond milk, coriander and a balsamic note of mallow.
Malfy Gin is created using a careful mix of Lemon peel both Amalfi Coast Lemons and Sicilian lemons (in a roughly 20/80% split) and steep in wheat based alcohol before being pressed in a traditional basket press. This citrus heavy extract is then distilled with juniper (Tuscan), coriander, cassia, liquorice, grapefruit peel and orange peel. Once distilled – the product is then chill filtered to remove some oil (otherwise it would louche in cold conditions and appear cloudy in a G&T) and bottled at 41% Alc/Vol

The Chianti Classico Riserva is made from parcel of specially selected grapes grown on the Tignanello estate. It is an intensely flavoured Chianti with ripe red cherry flavours in abundance and notes of leather, tobacco and spice.
