Bodega Luigi Bosca 'La Linda' Malbec 2017

La Linda Malbec is a bright, fresh wine that is still honest to the roots of Malbec. To start there's a load of red fruits - cherries, boysenberries, currants, all layered with violets and lavender. On the palate, whilst certainly fruity, there is still that classic Malbec richness of body and silken texture, just with an added edge of freshness. Ripe tannins and balanced acidity round out the picture. Try this for fresh take on an Argentine classic - elegant and well-structured Malbec. Great Value too!!

Bollini Pinot Grigio 2017
The wines come from choice hillside locations in Trentino where a combination of high altitudes, a multitude of mesoclimates and night/day temperature extremes speak concentration and breeding. Pinot Grigio exhibits traits seldom achieved at this level, with pear fruit, mineral notes and a creamy texture. The grapes are vinified and aged in stainless steel but, to engender further complexity and depth, the wine undergoes bâtonnage on the lees. It is the perfect aperitif white wine but matches well with all types of fish and shellfish.

By Farr Sangreal Pinot Noir 2016

The Sangreal Vineyard is the oldest planting (1994) on a north-facing slope of red ironstone on the surface going to limestone to bluestone below. The rows run north to south, gaining full sun exposure throughout the day and resulting in prettier, more perfumed wines. It is the first vineyard to be harvested. Sangreal is consistently made with 60 to 70% whole bunch and aged in new oak. It is fermented in a five-tonne oak barrel with an open-top fermenter. The wine is unfined and unfiltered in order to retain its natural flavour and bouquet. 2016 Sangreal shows great complexity with forest floor, baking spices and wild strawberries.
