Harkham, Aziza's Shiraz 2017
NEW VINTAGE, and it's a ripper - Presertif Free. In the spirit of the French 'natural wine movement', this sulphur free star is crafted by Ex Vaucluse Cellars man - Mr. Jayd Smith . A wine of considerable breed and opulance. no way would we have thought Hunter! This babe is nakedly honest, immediately pleasing, and destine to be a hit around the wine bar scene!
Henschke Hill of Grace Shiraz 2008

Huia Sauvignon Blanc 2017
Intense and fruity with zesty, lip-tingling gooseberry, greengage and lime notes underlined with just a hint of tropical passion fruit. Bright and fresh - but rounded too.
Indigo Pinot Grigio Beechworth 2017

Aromas of citrus, honeydew and white flowers. Swirling the wine around your mouth there is a delicious freshness. Pear flavours offset the citrus and there is a hint of bitter/ sweet grapefruit. . The Roussanne played its part to add a structure to the wine and add an oak complexity often not found in Pinot Grigio/ Pinot Gris styles.

A perfect white for a Summer's day!!

Indigo Pinot Grigio is a delicious dry white. It is mainly unoaked but we blend in a small amount of barrel fermented Roussanne to add complexity to the wine. Pinot Gris/ Pinot Grigio, both are made from the same grape with the name on the wine usually indicating its sweetness. Labelled as Pinot Gris indicates a sweeter wine while Pinot Grigio a drier style.

Isole e Olena Chianti Chianti Classico 2015

The Sangiovese and Canaiolo grown on the Isole e Olena estate cover 290 hectares in the heart of the Chianti Classico hills between Florence and Siena. The wine is matured for about a year before bottling. It is then released after 3-4 months aging in the bottle. Dark ruby in color, the Chianti Classico has a clean and fresh perfumed nose of red cherry and strawberry. It is medium bodied and boasts copious floral, minty red berry and red cherry flavors of lovely purity, with a smooth yet vibrant texture nicely firmed by an edge of acidity.

Jean Marc Burgaud Chateau De Thulon Beaujolais Villages 2016

12.5% alcohol. This is from the Château de Thulon in Lantignié, which is one of the top villages with its granitic hillside vineyards, and is probably close to cru status. 50 year old vines. Nicely structured with a gravelly, grainy, spicy underpinning to the sweet raspberry and cherry fruit. It has a slightly abrupt finish, with firm tannins clamping in on the fruit, but there’s also a nice fleshiness and density here. Finishes fresh with a hint of blackcurrant, this is serious cru-level Beaujolais at a good price. 91/100 Jamie Goode

Jean Marc Burgaud Morgon 'Charmes' 2015
93 Points! Deep ruby. An expansive, highly perfumed bouquet evokes fresh red/blue fruits, exotic spices and incense, and a suave floral nuance gains power as the wine opens up. Silky, penetrating and energetic on the palate, offering vibrant boysenberry and strawberry flavors supported by a strong undercarriage of juicy acidity. Shows excellent clarity and minerally tension on the finish, which hangs on with outstanding tenacity. – Josh Raynolds, Vinous Media
Joseph Cattin Pinot Blanc 2016
Slow crushing of grapes preserve the character of this wine. It is delicate, round, Light, soft and subtle. A great summer drink. Pinot Blanc, The unsung hero of Alsace!
