Springvale Melrose Pinot Noir 2018
Vibrant raspberry jelly nose on an earthy background. Although Pinot Meunier only makes up 7% of this wine, it is pronounced on the nose and palate, coming through with a subtle mushroomy character. At first blush, this seems to be the ultimate quaffing wine, but with time in the glass, there is a persistent structure that develops, hinting at its premium pedigree. An extroverted, happy wine that wears its varietal exuberance on its sleeve.

Springvale Pinot Noir 2017

Medium cherry colour. Aromatic nose of lavender, allspice and subtle toasty oak. Rich, dark cherry flavour on a sweet mid-plate, with a fine line running through it from front to back. Fine, even, powdery tannins and a long, balanced finish. An elegant style with deceptive complexity. Springvale

St Agnes XO 7 Star

The first in the Range is the St Agnes XO 7-star brandy, which used to have a dumpy bottle with a fusty, green, old-world label, was repackaged as St Agnes XO in a beautiful pear-shaped flask with a Vino-Lok glass stopper. It's a superb brandy, with rich notes of dried citrus peels, caramels, wood and vanilla. Smooth and simply delicious served neat!

St Agnes XO Imperial 20 Year Old
'Bright mid-amber colour. Superbly perfumed bouquet, sweetly fruity with dried citrus fruits galore, plus fresh leather, curing meadow hay and subtle spices. The flavour is very intense and penetrating, powerful and elegant. A modern style, and more Cognac-like than a traditional Australian brandy. A touch of headiness is appealing. The palate is refined, elegant and very long, with a clean finish and no rough edges to its spirit, nor oakiness. A superb brandy of great class.' Huon Hooke
