Curly Flat Pinot Noir 2015

A medium bodied, crimson Pinot with a bouquet of violets, black cherries and wild raspberry swirl as scents of undergrowth and pot pourri enhance complexity to form a rich, fragrant and savoury nose. A luscious energetic palate that is awash with fine tannin. Kirsch characters intersect with cocoa, black pepper all to be assuaged by swirls of vanillin spice that flourishes to a long lingering finish.

Curly Flat, Chardonnay 2016

“Lots of tension with very bright fruit. Lots to bite on. Crystal clear.” Drink 2018-2024 17/20 Jancis Robinson MW

Cuvée Marie-Christine Cotes de Provence Rosé 'Cru Classe' 2015 MAGNUM
Now available at Vaucluse Cellars in Magnum (150cl) format in the same beautiful, Emilie Galle (French Noveau Movement) style bottle. if you want to turn heads this summer either on grass, patio, deck or water we can think of no other better way than uncorking one of Provence's finest in Magnum. One of only 11 Cru Classe in Provence, this the family reserve wine and was one of the original patented Provence style bottles (Cuvee Christine shape was patented in 1956).
Dalwhinnie, Shiraz 2014
Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. After some coaxing the nose reveals aromas of liquorice, blackberries and inky graphite like notes over vanillin cedar and spice. More accessible the palate has both good richness and a sense of elegance with generous flavours of liquorice, blackberries and ripe plum over lightly toasted vanillin cedar and spicy pepper. There’s an underlying sturdiness to the very finely grained tannins. Good length with a long aftertaste of spicy blackberries, liquorice, plum, lightly toasted vanillin cedar and subtle pepper.Cellar 6-8 years.
Daniel Dampt Chablis 2016

Domaine Daniel Dampt is one of the most well-regarded Chablis producers, creating wines of exceptional purity and freshness. Chablis is 100% Chardonnay grown on soils with fossilized shellfish. Because of that, the wine is a perfect pairing for oysters. Fresh lemon and green apple, an elegant minerality, with a lively finish. Fresh, elegant and concentrated. Drink now and over the next 4 years.

Deus Brut Des Flandres Beer
The beer is fermented, somewhat conditioned, and shipped off to the Champagne region of France, where it's placed in caves for twelve months of pampered maturation. This is the traditional process of remuge that's used to produce the region's finest champagnes.
Dexter Pinot Noir 2016

"Ever stylish, perfumed Pinot Noir from the Tracy Island vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula. Raspberry and squishy strawberries, subtle spice and earthiness, a perfume of rose and basil. Medium bodied, silky and fine, kind of succulent, but with a gentle drag of fine grained tannin giving structure and pushing out the length. Red drapes on a fine firm frame. Finish has a subtle herbal infusion, in with the pretty red fruits. Just lovely, as ever."

Diebolt Vallois Blanc de Blancs NV

This manages to be vinous yet completely Champagne, intensely concentrated and weightless. Long and gracious, this is a beautiful chardonnay built out of light smokiness, fresh floral scents of chamomile, firm minerality and a lot of bubble. A case will go fast. Wine & Spirits Magazine
