The Wine
Fruit for this wine comes from the Friuli Grave district, where Pinot Grigio has long been known to thrive thanks to a cool climate and gravelly, alluvial soil. It was aged for six months on the lees and three months in bottle before release. An elegant nose of peach and citrus aromas accented by nutmeg leads to a crisp, well-rounded palate with pear and stone fruit flavors laced with orange zest.

The Italo Cescon winery was established in 1957 in the Fruili region of north-eastern Italy by its founder Italo Cescon. It is now managed by his wife Chiara and 3 children Gloria, Graziella and Domenico.
