About the Wine Maker 
Domaine La Suffrene is a family estate that has been passed through the family for generations. the domaine is spread across varying soils of sand, limestone, chalk and clay. Originally their grapes were destined for the local co-op before Cedric Gravier, under the assistance of the grandfather, took control and began estate bottling. Cedric has built a new state of the art winery utilising stainless steel fermenters and large oak foudres.
