Much of it dates back hundreds of years, built with stones salvaged from a nearby monastery demolished after the French Revolution, and beneath lies one of the largest underground cellars in this part of Burgundy. Without family vineyards dictating their path, they followed curiosity, uncovering exceptional vineyards overlooked in the pursuit of prestige.
