This results in a wine that looks dry but is quite full. Giving it curves in all the right places. A favourite for “staff bevvies” at the Cellar Door, especially when summer hits.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs it is so effortless, including a second bottle just made sense. Keep it for about 5 years to see change but still enjoy some crispness or go the whole decade and enjoy a glass of buttered toast and lime marmalade characters alongside hard cheeses like aged gouda or parmesan.
