Made from roughly equal portions from each valley, the blend offers a broader, more layered expression than previous releases, with the Huon component in particular bringing an unexpected depth and plushness to the wine. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eEach parcel was handled in much the same way, with small amounts of whole bunch throughout the blend (around 10% overall), gentle extraction and early pressing preserving purity and poise.
