The Wine
Crafted from high-altitude fruit grown in the rich volcanic red soils of Victoria’s King Valley, the 2025 vintage shows a soft red hue with aromas of fresh strawberries, red fruits, and dark cherries, brightened by a hint of gentle spice. Sourced from three elevated vineyards using mainly the MV6 clone, it spent at least 28 days on skins after fermentation, with some parcels fermented on stalks for added complexity. Completely unoaked, it delivers a fresh, vibrant, and fruit-forward style with a lively, energetic palate.
