Shipping Policy

Vaucluse Cellars will only ship orders to a valid address within Australia.

Minimum Online Orders

There is a minimum delivery order of $100. 


Vaucluse Cellars supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under Australian law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol. 

Delivery Charges

To the areas we do cover, we offer free delivery for orders over $250.

For orders under $250 a $15 delivery charge applies.

All other locations we send out Monday to Friday using the services of Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers) to Sydney and region areas. For deliveries to Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane metro areas we use Anonymous Wine Freight. For delivery to most Australian cities, please allow five working days and seven for rural and regional areas.

Delivery Restrictions 

At this time, we do not ship to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania.

Your purchase is fully insured.

Futile Deliveries

In the event that we are unable to deliver at no fault to ourselves - and the customer has failed to respond to numerous requests to arrange redelivery resulting in the order being return to us - we will provide a full refund on the receipt of goods back to Vaucluse Cellars - less the cost of the original delivery that we were charged by the respective logistics partner plus their cost to return.

In the event of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it. We will contact you by telephone to arrange an alternative delivery time.


If your order has been packed incorrectly by Vaucluse Cellars and you receive the incorrect product in your shipment, please notify Vaucluse Cellars strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Vaucluse Cellars will request that you return the incorrect items in the original carton. On receipt of the intact returned goods, and within 30 days, Vaucluse Cellars will refund to you the amount for the incorrect item/s, plus the return shipping costs.
