Shipping Policy
Vaucluse Cellars will only ship orders to a valid address within NSW, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Perth Metro & Hobart Metro.
Minimum Online Orders
There is a minimum delivery order of $100.
Delivery
Vaucluse Cellars supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under Australian law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol.
Logistics & Delivery Charges
For orders to NSW, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia we offer free delivery for orders over $250. For orders under $250 a $15 delivery charge applies.
For orders to Perth Metro & Hobart Metro we offer free delivery for orders over $500. For orders under $500 a $25 delivery charge applies.
For orders outside Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, we dispatch using Australia Post with a signature on delivery. Should you not be at home to accept the delivery, it will be taken to your nearest Post Office for your collection. If you wish for the delivery to be left at your own risk, please advise when ordering.
For local deliveries including Watsons Bay, Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Dover Heights, Bondi, Bondi Beach, Point Piper, Bellevue Hill, Double Bay, Darling Point, Edgecliff and Rushcutters Bay - orders are delivered by the Vaucluse Cellars Team.
Delivery Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to Regional Western Australia, Northern Territory or Regional Tasmania.
Futile Deliveries
In the event that you are not at home to accept your delivery from Australia Post, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office, awaiting your collection. If your order is not collected within a reasonable time and is returned to us by Australia Post, we will provide a full refund on the receipt of goods back to Vaucluse Cellars - less the cost of the original delivery plus any additional costs imposed by Australia Post in returning your order back to our store.
Click & Collect:
Generally, your order will be ready to collect within an hour of ordering.

In the event of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it. We will contact you by telephone to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Returns
If your order has been packed incorrectly by Vaucluse Cellars and you receive the incorrect product in your shipment, please notify Vaucluse Cellars strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Vaucluse Cellars will request that you return the incorrect items in the original carton. On receipt of the intact returned goods, and within 30 days, Vaucluse Cellars will refund to you the amount for the incorrect item/s, plus the return shipping costs.
