Domaine Jean-Louis Chavy

The Chavy family have been living in Burgundy for over 200 years, yet it was not until 1986 that Gerard Chavy begins to estate bottle his own wine. in 1998, the Domaine was split between his two sons; Alain and Jean-Louis. Located in the heart of Puligny in a new and modern winery, Jean-Louis creates Chardonnays that are superbly balanced with incredible fruit purity.
