Prophets Rock Pinot Gris 2025

From three estate vineyards in Bendigo and Pisa, the fruit is grown with the same meticulous care as Prophet’s Rock Pinot Noir. Low yields and extended lees aging add depth and complexity while keeping the variety’s natural purity intact.

Handpicked grapes are whole-bunch pressed, with the juice naturally fermented in old oak barrels (80%) and aged on lees for ten months, then bottled before the next harvest.

The Prophet's Rock operation based at Bendigo produces wines that are distinctively European in character. One must taste and drink them with a perspective of a vigneron in the Rheingau, Riquewihr or in Pommard to appreciate their style. Mike Mulvey set up the label based on fruit from two sites, one in Pisa, the other in Bendigo, in 1999.
