About the Wine Maker 
Bowen Estate, a family-run winery established in 1972, sits at the southern end of South Australia’s Coonawarra strip. Long-time winemaker Doug Bowen has passed the reins to his daughter Emma, while he now focuses on his role as viticulturist. The vines thrive in rich terra rossa soil and are carefully hand-pruned to produce top-quality Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
