It’s like a firm handshake followed by a warm hug—packed with dense blackberries, rich dark plum, and a hint of liquorice, all wrapped in silky tannins.

96 Pts Gary Walsh, The Wine Front 'Tasted alongside the 2017 and it’s very much a tale of two vintages. Beautiful thick ferrous tannin weaved through black fruit, plum, pencil and dried roses, just a flicker of mint and dried herb in the background, along with some coffee and black olive. It’s ripe in fruit, though essentially savoury, it’s fresh, beautifully balanced, but thick and sinewy. The finish is long and packed with tannin. Great wine.'
