A blend of 62% Shiraz and 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for two years in barrels before blending and bottling. This medium to full-bodied wine offers aromas and flavors of plum, cassis, and mint. It’s creamy through the mid-palate, ripe and smooth, with a softly dusty finish that lingers. A fantastic representation of the classic Australian blend.
