The Wine
This pale salmon Rosé bursts with aromas of peach, strawberry, watermelon, and blossom. The palate is dry, with crisp, mouthwatering acidity and a lovely long finish featuring flavors of peach, nectarine, pink grapefruit, and red berries. It’s a powerful yet refined Rosé, perfect for a variety of dishes and occasions.
Made from 55% Merlot, 35% Cabernet, and 10% Shiraz, all handpicked before being gently crushed and pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for pure, vibrant red fruit expression and freshness.

About the Wine Maker 
Dominique Portet was established following 10 consecutive generations of winemaking in the Portet family, stretching back to the 18th century. Dominique went to start his own dream and established Taltarni in 1976 then later Clover Hill In north-east Tasmania. Ben Portet is now at the winemaking helm and like many Australian born winemakers spent time overseas to experience other terriors including vintages at Louis Roederer and Warwick Estate in South Africa.
