The Wine

Sourced from the rolling hills of the Wrattonbully sub-region in the Limestone Coast, this cool-climate Pinot Grigio shows the purity and freshness the area is renowned for. Hand-selected fruit is night-harvested, gently pressed, cold-settled and fermented in stainless steel before resting on fine lees for four months, adding texture and depth. Vegan-friendly.

On the nose, aromas of fresh pear, apple blossom and a hint of lemon zest entice. The palate is crisp and clean, balancing citrus brightness with richer layers of white peach and a subtle spice finish. An elegant, food-friendly white wine that shines alongside seafood, antipasto or creamy pasta.
