About the Wine Maker 
Certified Organic, affordable and delicious is the M.O. for Golden Hour Wines, made by NSW Organic specialist Aaron Mercer. Fruit sources hail from The O’Dea property in Canowindra, and the higher reaches of Orange from the Angullong property, the latter of whom Aaron helped convert to Organics and SWA certification in his never-ending pursuit to farm the land more consciously, preserving these areas for future times whilst also ensuring there are less nasties in this delicious everyday range of wines.
