Domaine Jean Dauvissat’s 2023 Chablis is a standout, showcasing the classic mineral, bright, and textured style of the region. Each plot is vinified and aged separately, adding both precision and complexity.

With an average vine age of 40 years, the wine delivers concentrated citrus and stone fruit flavors, while stainless steel aging preserves its crisp and saline character. Now certified organic, this release embodies a commitment to balance and sustainability for the future.

About the Wine Maker

Domaine Jean Dauvissat, a family-run estate, has been crafting outstanding wines since the 1950s. Founded by Alphonse Dauvissat, it is now managed by Fabien Dauvissat, who joined in 2009 and has worked to enhance their winemaking techniques. The estate covers 23 hectares across seven communes in the Chablis region, including the renowned Montmains vineyard. Fabien's dedication to quality shines through every step of the process, from organic farming to meticulous hand-picking of grapes. Prioritizing the preservation of terroir, Domaine Jean Dauvissat produces wines that are rich, expressive, and authentically rooted, with minimal intervention.
