The Wine
Pale to medium straw in color with hints of green, bright and clear. Aromas of peach, lime, and quince mingle with fragrant orange blossom. Beneath, there’s a rich layer of roasted nuts, caramel, cheese, and soft oak, leaning into cinnamon and toasty notes reminiscent of hot cross buns. On the palate, the same vibrancy shines through, with juicy peach and grapefruit flavors balanced by crisp acidity, a full body, and firm tannins that deliver impressive length and mouthfeel.

It’s fine and delicately poised, yet with regional DNA driving it through to a powerful, sustained finish. Aromas of lemon meringue, brioche and light florals lead into a palate of chalky, savoury elements alongside vanillin and lemony notes. Fine, precise acidity lifts the flavours through to the long finish. An outstanding wine.'
