The Wine

This collaboration seeks to bring back the essence of a more traditional Etna red—lighter, more approachable wines reminiscent of the past, rather than the richer, full-bodied styles popular today. The goal is to achieve finesse, vibrancy, and a youthful expression that highlights its volcanic roots.

About the Wine Maker

The Bonaccorsi family have owned vineyards located on the slopes of the Etna Volcano since 1763. The bottom part of vines are located in the territory of Piedimonte Etneo at about 800 meters above sea level, in the district of Val Cerasa "Valley of Cherries". In 2000 Alice Bonaccorsi and her husband Rosario Pappalardo started a new adventure, they decide to buy land, located in Contrada Croce Monaci in Randazzo, laying the foundations of what is now the Azienda Agricola Valcerasa.
