The Wine
This red vermouth is crafted from two sherry wines chosen by enologist Manuel Lozano. One is a sweet, velvety Pedro Ximenez, and the other is a dry, nutty Amontillado, each aged for 10 years in their respective soleras. Over ten botanicals and aromatic herbs, including gentian, sage, absinth, coriander, and orange peel, are macerated separately with these wines to extract their optimal aromas. The master blender then skillfully merges the infused wines to create a harmonious blend.
