The Wine

Crafted from 100% organically grown Verdicchio grapes cultivated in the scenic hills around the medieval town of Jesi, this wine showcases a delicate pale yellow hue with subtle green tones. Its aroma is inviting and layered, featuring floral hints, notes of peach, and a touch of minerality. The flavor is vibrant, fresh, and well-balanced, ending with a long, citrusy finish. Pairs perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, vegetable appetizers, mozzarella and other fresh cheeses, white meats, and light pasta dishes.

About the Wine Maker

Established in 1970, this organic estate is located in Contrada Ciafone, along the Adriatic coast of Le Marche, and is currently managed by brothers Massimiliano and Walter Bartolomei. Nestled among the rolling hills of the Offida region in Le Marche, the vineyards benefit from the closeness to the Mediterranean Sea and an elevation of 300 meters, creating a distinctive micro-climate that provides excellent conditions for vine growth.
