About the Wine Maker

For three generations, a family estate has been perched atop the Layon Valley in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay, Anjou. Currently transitioning to organic farming, the vineyard is meticulously managed by Quentin, Véronique, and Pascal Cailleau, who uphold organic viticulture with diligence and precision. 

The estate's history stretches back to 1866, marked by the planting of its first vines and the mills that once stood on the slopes of the Hyrôme, a tributary of the Layon River and, in turn, of the Loire.
