Famille Perrin Reserve Cotes-du-Rhone Rouge 2023
The Wine
Seductive and intense, with a deep ruby-red colour and purple undertones. On the nose, it reveals a powerful bouquet of ripe black fruits, delicately intertwined with subtle spice notes. The palate is elegant and velvety, supported by fine, well-integrated tannins, while the aromas of black fruit continue, beautifully balanced by a refreshing acidity that adds energy and lift. The finish is long and harmonious, with gentle hints of garrigue, characteristic of Shiraz.

About the Wine Maker
The Perrin family has nurtured a passion for winemaking across several generations, beginning in the early twentieth century with the Château de Beaucastel, the crown jewel of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. In 1909, Pierre Tramier acquired the estate, followed by his son-in-law Pierre Perrin and then his son Jacques Perrin, who developed Beaucastel and its vineyards. Today, the fifth generation continues this family tradition.
The Perrin family's strength lies in their ability to cultivate individual talents to support the vineyards, always guided by shared values: profound respect for the terroir and soils, a biodynamic philosophy, and a relentless pursuit of precision, balance, and elegance.
