About the Wine Maker

Felton Road sits on sunny, north-facing slopes of glacial loess soils in Bannockburn, right in the heart of Central Otago. Its modern, gravity-fed winery uses only estate-grown fruit from four biodynamically farmed vineyards, all fully certified by Demeter and BioGro. With minimal winemaking intervention—like wild yeast fermentation and no fining or filtration—the wines showcase the unique personality of each vineyard. Since its first vintage in 1997, Felton Road has built an impressive reputation worldwide.
