Predominately Pinot Gris but includes a decent whack of Sangiovese and Pecorino - this combo veers towards the more serious side of the Rose genre and is nothing short of spectacular. There are crunchy phenolics and bone-dry acidity that will have you seeking out the nearest charcuterie board!

About the Wine Maker 
Gentle Folk was started by Gareth & Rainbo Belton in 2013 vintage, with three barrels of wine made from Basket Range. Since then, a move to the Adelaide Hills initiated a steep educational curve to get to grips with biodynamic and organic farming and making wines in a dilapidated shed with no running water or electricity. With four sites now, they make an eclectic range of natural wines that buck convention, while also now drilling down on variety and site. Also, finalists in 2014 at Young Gun of Wine Awards
