This has lemon-lime fruit as an underpinning, green apple crunch, a talc and brine-like mineral combination, some green herbs and a dash of tonic water, too. It's compact and yet holds a juiciness at its core; the big reveal is just how much flavour is packed in here. There's a wet river pebble feel to texture. Very classic in its feel; a class act.'
