Los Arcos is a classic, expressive Sherry that blends the best of biological and oxidative aging, offering both complexity and finesse. It starts life under flor, like a Fino in Jerez de la Frontera, which shields it from oxygen and keeps it fresh, until the flor naturally disappears and the wine continues to age oxidatively. This unique process gives Los Arcos its signature mix of brightness and savory depth. The vines grow in the region’s famous albariza soils—brilliant white chalky earth that holds moisture and reflects sunlight—helping Palomino grapes ripen with elegance and precision in the warm Andalusian climate.
