The Wine
A fine example of the art of fortified winemaking, offering a medium-bodied profile with aromatic layers and a touch of spice. It’s carefully aged in seasoned oak casks, then refined through a solera system to keep it fresh and consistent. Its character comes from individually aged component wines, later blended into the solera. Expect tasting notes of lightly toasted almonds and smooth, aromatic brandy spirit, finishing with a warm, spiced complexity.
